CLUB & COACH ROSTER

Coach Roster –
​A coach roster with AAU numbers is to be submitted to [email protected] prior to first meet of season.
  1.  USA & HS credentials do not supersede AAU requirements
  2.  AAU memberships and PCA training are MANDATORY for all SWSC coaches and must be completed prior to first swim meet.
  3.  PCA training can be obtained from: Positive Coaching Alliance | AAU https://aausports.org/positive-coaching-alliance
Club Roster – Updated guidelines for 2025. To be reviewed at the Fall HOD meeting.
  1. All teams will submit a club roster to [email protected].
  2. Initial Team Rosters and Team Swimmer Fees ($10 per swimmer) due by June 14th, 2025.
  3. Final Team Roster and Additional Team Swimmer fees to be submitted prior to finals meet.
  4. Updated roster fees will be billed the week of Finals
  5. Finals Team will work with the BOD to create updated rosters.

  1. Name
  2. AAU number
  3. DOB
  4. Gender
  5. Club affiliation
